Who we are
From Wyoming, Texas, and Florida, we are a small investor network of families and friends across the United States.
We make a traditionally illiquid asset liquid. Our approach is simple: create a diverse portfolio of land assets throughout the United States. This means we don’t overweight any one zip code or county - just one or two parcels per region.
What do we do with the land? Just about anything you can do with land: lease it, develop it, subdivide it, hold it, and dispose it - it all depends on the property type, the supply and demand in the market, and the size of the parcel.
